Dear Visitor,

Contributing to the wellness (physical and mental) as well as to the welfare of a human being can take many forms. My social outreach (free of charge) programme has exactly this aim in mind, through the delivery of colloquiums, seminars, lectures and the facilitation of experiential workshops. This reinforces the personal development of the participants, by enhancing their knowledge as well as their self-knowledge, self-awareness and their relationships.

Furthermore, I often organise fund raising events such as painting and composition-writing competitions and musical soirees. Apart from the foresaid, in 2015, I published my first poetry collection entitled, “Thoughts and Emotions” in memory of Marios Michael, one of my associates, who passed away at the age of 27. The net proceeds from these philanthropic activities are donated to non-governmental organisations, foundations and charity institutions which include the Aglantzia Municipal Home for the Aged that receive the net proceeds from the sale of my poetry book.
